Patrick Ganesan is a Director within Integrated Technology Governance Solutions team. He leads the SNG Digitalisation Solution within SNG team from an Governance, Strategy , Risk, Project Assurance, Business Continuity, Data Privacy, Information Security and Business Process Automation perspective.

He has over 22 years of experience in advisory and auditing Information Technology and is a member of IT Steering Committees and Risk and Audit Committees.  He is also responsible for the Business Continuity Management Quarterly newsletter. He has worked in a variety of industries such Telecoms, Banking, Public Sectors.

He obtained his BSC degree from the University of KZN with Mathematics and Computer Science majors. He also obtained the CISA, CISM, CGEIT and CRISC certifications from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association.

He was a Senior Manager Internal Audit for a period of six years at Cell C. He developed technical insight in mobile industry in terms of 3G Network procurement, roll-out, business support systems, convergent billing systems and network elements. He was also responsible for assessing the various 3G and Billing Systems in terms of pre-defined specifications.
