Carl is the leader for the Centre of Excellence for IT governance and IT service management within Deloitte’s Risk Advisory Africa practice. He has diverse experience across the corporate and vertical market sectors. His knowledge on business process, IT governance, IT service management and IT risk stems from an extensive background in ICT outsourcing, IT management and business consulting.

Prior to his Deloitte engagement Carl was engaged as an independent advisor in Business Consulting (6 years) and ICT Service outsourcing (4 years) for a South African ICT outsource company.
